No. Any service paid for is non-refundable: content is available immediately and analysis time is committed as soon as the order is placed. Take the time to choose and ask us your questions before buying. The only exception is when Alliance Capital cancels an appointment and no replacement suits you.

An appointment not attended, or cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, is treated as delivered and remains payable: the slot was reserved and preparation had started. A free reschedule is possible beyond that notice. Conversely, if Alliance Capital has to cancel, you are offered a new slot sooner than the original wait, or an equivalent service, at your choice.

Your files are confidential, separated by access rules applied at database level, and processed in accordance with the GDPR. For third-party data you upload, you remain the controller and Alliance Capital acts as processor, on your instructions only. The details are in the privacy policy.

No, and nobody can seriously guarantee it. Alliance Capital guarantees the quality, consistency and completeness of the file presented.

Yes. The method is the same: sound reasoning, consistent figures and evidence. The expected documents differ depending on the funder.

Yes. All prices include French VAT at 20 %. An invoice is generated after each payment and available in your client area.

Payment immediately unlocks the corresponding tools in your client area, where your invoice is also filed.

Yes. Your documents are visible only to you and to Alliance Capital, within the scope of the assignment.

Yes. The mini-diagnosis, the checklists and the presentation of the method are free and accessible without an account.
