Data we process

Identification and contact details, organisation, project information, documents you upload, order and invoice data, diagnosis and barometer answers, connection logs.

Legal bases

Performance of the contract for orders and client-area access; legitimate interest for site security and service improvement; consent for optional communications; legal obligation for accounting and invoicing records.

Retention periods

Enquiries: three years from the last contact. Client files and documents: duration of the assignment plus five years. Accounting records: ten years, as required by French commercial law. Barometer answers: kept in anonymised form for statistical publication.

Third-party data you upload

For data about your beneficiaries, partners or staff, you remain the controller and Alliance Capital acts as processor, on your written instructions only, with a duty of confidentiality and security.

Processors and transfers

Hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing are handled by professional providers bound by data-processing agreements. Where a transfer outside the European Union is required, it relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Security

Encrypted connections, individual accounts, access rules applied at database level so each client sees only their own files, and restricted internal access on a need-to-know basis. Any personal-data breach likely to create a risk is notified to the supervisory authority within 72 hours.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the address above; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority.
