Alliance Capital Barometer of impact-project maturity

Measuring project maturity to secure funding, delivery and impact.

The question the barometer answers

To what extent are project holders genuinely ready to fund, deliver, monitor and sustain their actions?

Alliance Capital observes the realities project holders face, measures their level of preparation and issues concrete recommendations to improve access to funding and the success of their work.

Both files are editable and carry the ALCA identity. They are currently available in French; an English version is being prepared.

Status and limitations. The barometer is published by Alliance Capital SAS as part of its consulting activity. It is not official, national or institutional. The pilot edition relies on 30 to 50 respondents, so results describe observed trends rather than a representative national picture. The score is an orientation tool and never a guarantee that a grant will be awarded. Results are published in anonymised form only, with no ranking of named organisations, and external figures are cited with their source.
