Status and limitations. The barometer is published by Alliance Capital SAS as part of its consulting activity. It is not official, national or institutional. The pilot edition relies on 30 to 50 respondents, so results describe observed trends rather than a representative national picture. The score is an orientation tool and never a guarantee that a grant will be awarded. Results are published in anonymised form only, with no ranking of named organisations, and external figures are cited with their source.
